1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and awn88 ("Company", "we") regarding the use of the awn88 online gaming platform, accessible via awn88.net and the awn88 mobile app.

2 Registration & Account Eligibility

• Welcome Bonus: 10× rollover requirement on the total bonus amount, within 30 days.
• Reload Bonus: 8× rollover requirement on the total bonus amount, within 14 days.
• Weekly Cashback: No rollover required — funds can be withdrawn immediately after crediting.
• Referral Bonus: 5× rollover requirement on your bonus portion; no rollover required on the referral portion.

Only one bonus may be active at a time. If you deposit while a bonus is active, that deposit will be considered part of the rollover requirement for that bonus. All bonuses have an expiry date stated at the time the offer is made.

AWN88 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, collusion, or abuse of the promotions system. AWN88's decision in such matters is final.

6 General Game Rules

All games offered at awn88 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish shooting games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Outcomes generated by the RNG system or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, awn88 will use system logs to determine the valid outcome.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
• AWN88 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time for maintenance or review purposes.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the awn88 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

AWN88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through awn88's Responsible Gaming program may not re-register during their self-imposed exclusion period.

9 Liability Limits

AWN88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own wagering decisions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing due to technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider.

Awn88's total liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
